The Dukes of Hazzard MEGO
Straight from the hit show to your hands!  Mego did some good and some bad with this line.  The lack of a Rosco Coltrane figure hurt this line, because Boss Hogg just isn't a terribly exciting villain to play with!  These figures came out fairly late in the MEGO timeline, and all exclusively on Type 2 bodies (plastic rivet joints).  A large number of these figures also suffer from the zombie disease, which seems to be more common in later released figures.  There are also two rare, but not valuable, variations named Coy and Vance!   Toward the end of MEGO's demise they cranked out as many $1.99 figures as they could.  They issued some remolded Bo and Luke figures to keep up with the changes in the live action series to Coy and Vance.  They are really terrible molds, and easy to distinguish!  (see Coy and Vance in our banner above and carded in the pic below!)
LUKE DUKE

Luke is also a very common figure, as he and his brother were usually bought in pairs.  He came fitted with a blue top, blue jeans with a plastic belt buckle and Duke boots.

BO DUKE

Bo is a pretty common figure, with perhaps the largest number of variations.  All exist in his top half, and its actually easier to find a variation than it is to find two figures with the same top!  Bo came fitted with a cream colored top, blue jeans with a plastic belt and buckle  and Duke boots, which are rubber laceless boots that come up just past the ankles.  These are the same boots that are utilized on the Fonzie MEGO from Happy Days!  Top variations include 'no collar', ' a pocket in front', 'long sleeves'....and more!
DAISY DUKE

This MEGO doesn't look much like her real-life counterpart.  Her clothing doesn't match the show, and she's generally considered to be one of the worst MEGO likenesses out there.  They didn't even give her the trademark denim shorts!  Daisy came with a blue shirt, white shorts and some white shoes.
BOSS HOGG

Boss Hogg is actually a really nice figure.  He has a distinct likeness to his live-action counterpart.  His white outfit really makes the figure!  Boss Hogg  comes equipt with his trademark white suit and hat.
